1. About These Terms

These terms apply to your use of DeckRoyale (deckroyale.gg, "the Service", "we"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

DeckRoyale is a free fan-made site for Clash Royale players. It lets you:

• browse deck, card and game mode statistics
• look up public Clash Royale player profiles and battle logs
• build and analyse decks
• publish decks and guides, comment and vote

Most of the Service works without an account. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One person, one account. Give a valid email address and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access to it.
• Your display name must not impersonate others or be offensive. We may change or remove one that is.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time, see the Privacy Policy.

4. Your Content

You keep the rights to the decks, guides and comments you post. By posting them you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, adapt for display (for example resize or format) and distribute them as part of the Service, for as long as they are on the Service. You confirm that you have the right to post what you post and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights.

5. Rules

You may not:

• post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, or that reveals someone's private information
• spam, advertise, or post links to cheats, hacks, account selling or other services that break Supercell's terms
• impersonate other players, content creators, Supercell or us
• manipulate votes or reports, for example with several accounts
• scrape the Service or send automated requests beyond normal browsing, or try to get around our rate limits
• try to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours, or disrupt the Service

6. Moderation

Anyone can report content that breaks these rules. We review reports and may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law. Where we can, we will tell you what we removed and why. If you think we got it wrong, write to [email protected] and we will look at it again. To report illegal content, write to [email protected].

7. Statistics and Game Data

Statistics are computed from battles we collect through the official Clash Royale API. They are a sample, not every battle played, and they can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Win rates, ratings, tier lists and deck suggestions are estimates to help you decide, not guarantees of results in the game.

8. Supercell

This content is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Supercell and Supercell is not responsible for it. For more information see Supercell's Fan Content Policy: www.supercell.com/fan-content-policy. Clash Royale, its card art and other game assets are trademarks and property of Supercell. The rest of the Service, including its code, design and texts, belongs to DeckRoyale.

9. Availability and Liability

The Service is free and provided as it is. We do our best to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or that its data is accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from relying on statistics or suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

10. Ending Your Use

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes we will put a notice on the site or email registered users at least 14 days before they apply. If you do not agree with the new terms, you can delete your account before they apply.
