1. Place Tesla immediately

2. Deploy Skeletons immediately after

Immediately after placing Tesla, deploy Skeletons on the red tile. Play the two cards in quick succession.

This placement lets the Skeletons keep the Knight occupied while still dealing damage to the Hog Rider, helping Tesla and your Princess Tower stop the push.
