Balloon Evo E-Barbs Control with Evo Valk

Balloon Evo Elite Barbarians Control with Evo Valkyrie is a control deck with an average elixir cost of 3.6 and a 10 elixir four-card cycle. Over the last 7 days it won 75.0% of 100 1v1 battles, a small sample, so the rate can still swing. It needs no champion and at most one legendary and one epic, which makes it easy on a free-to-play collection.
